For outdoor activities in the area, Mike enjoys “all things outdoor. The options are amazing from bike riding, boating on Carter Lake, hiking in the foothills nearby, and of course the many options for horseback riding.”
“The Carter Lake area is particularly beautiful,” he emphasizes.
What will he miss most about the home? He answers, “The outdoor space of the home. The combination of the pool, the beautiful stone wall, and fireplace is simply magic. All that space and positive energy it generates flows into the home. This outdoor living space is what Colorado is all about. Friends come over for dinner, and to just hang out, and they don’t want to leave. Evenings with a fire in the fireplace in the cool Colorado nights are just unbelievable.”
